Since 1970, the Richard family has been dedicated to developing top quality properties. Now a third generation developer, we specializing in land development, acquisitions, construction, property management, distressed turn-arounds, sales and leasing, We own and manage properties in Florida, Oregon, and Massachusetts. We can build to suit (for sale or for lease) for qualified tenants. We own fully entitled, strategically located, shovel-ready land that is ready for industrial, commercial, and hotel development in fast growing Central Florida. Additionally, we can acquire, renovate, and lease quality buildings to serve your needs. Broker licensed in 3 states, we provide optimal and efficient real estate solutions for our clients.
Performance
We are privately held and well capitalized. We have hundreds of projects under our belt, including residential commercial, and warehouse-distribution projects. We manage everything in-house including infrastructure, site work, and construction management. We are experienced in all facets of development! Current projects underway include affordable town-homes, 500,000 sq. ft. of flex space in the Florida market, also Medical Office and Apartments in the Portland OR market.
